[...]In the performances on this
disc, they display excellent musicianship in terms of dynamics
and phrasing, with meticulous attention to the part-writing so
important in these two chamber works. This CD is certainly one
to have for its uniqueness of musical material and its excellent
performance qualities
[Burton Rothleder - Fanfare Magazine USA mar 2011]
One may wonder whether Clara Schumann's arrangement for piano
duo of her husband's Opus 44 piano quintet and Brahms's of the
Opus 47 quartet needs a recording today. The Italian
brother-and-sister team's traversal of the formidable challenges
- and the poetry they evoke in the Opus 47 andante - offer a
convincing reply.

[...]is highly talented and unfailingly musical[..]
the Duo Pianistico Palmas has issued an altogether creditable disc that will surely provide much enjoyment

Dvorak's arrangement of his piano trio for four hands on piano stands comparison with the original , that of the quintet by Dutch composer Jan Brandts Buys less so, for all its demands for virtuosity, amply met by this brother-and-sister team

We can find the result of Dvorak's effort of arrangement for duo in a CD of
Cristina&Luca Palmas(brother&sister duo), it is a superb performance.
I have never heard about this duo but it is an encouragement and relief for
us to know that in the world there are such excellent duos which are not known
to us
